"Greets you from the glass with green apple, pineapple guava, gooseberry. A mouthwatering combination of fruit and zing on the palate, like Pixy Stix with all the flavor and acidity (but none of the sugar). These grapes grow on decomposed seabed and limestone, and it shows. Destemmed and open-top fermented for seven days on the skins, it spent six months in neutral French barrels. As in vintages past, the sensation on the palate is like biting into a perfectly ripe, fuzzy summer peach."
