"TERROIR: Grapes grown on the border between Dordogne and Gironde in the Purple Périgord. Vines flourish on a limestone cliff in a hilly landscape at an altitude of 80 meters above the Dordogne valley, protected by a forest. Biodynamic practice and certified organic.
HARVEST: hand picked
VINIFICATION: short maceration of marcs in de-chlorinated water with all the marcs of the domain (white, red, sweet, rosé...) aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months."
