Do you have a physical wine shop?

How did you choose your charity?

Environmental responsibility is such an important part of our mission to support the natural wine community, so we felt it appropriate to partner with '1% for the Planet' in solidarity with their alliance of businesses that are financially committed to creating a healthy planet.

How do you define 'Natural Wine'?

Currently an unregulated term, we acknowledge that our definition of natural wine may change over time, but as of now we use the following stipulations to guide our supply-partnerships:

-Organic grapes
-Dry farming (flexible on this)
-Hand harvesting
-Indigenous yeast
-No additions (ie acid, sugar, water, etc.)
-Neutral fermentation/storage vessels (ie no new oak)
-No fining or filtration
-Minimal sulfites (S02) added 

We’re fine with pied de cuve usage, induced carbonic maceration, temperature control (no heating), frozen must usage, post-fermentation blending, and piquette production.

Regarding sparkling wine - we currently only carry those made via the Ancestral Method (aka petillant naturel, pet-nat, etc.).

How can winemakers or suppliers submit products for consideration?

Wine Club

What are the benefits of joining your wine club?

Members will enjoy the following:

1) Time savings through our curated, recurring shipment of selections

How often will I receive my wine club shipment?

Wine club members will receive their chosen quantity of wine every three months.

What type of wine is included in my wine club membership?

If you are in our 'Fearless Females' case clubs, your quarterly shipment will include red, white, and occasionally sparkling wines sourced from any and all producers, regions, grape varietals, or vintages.

If you're in our 'Adventures in Nattyland' case club, your quarterly shipment will be comprised of wines you've selected prior to our processing your order.

How many different bottles of wine are included in my wine club shipment?

Qtr-case quantity: Members will receive 1 bottle of 3 different wines (3 total) every 3 months.

Half-case quantity: Members will receive 1 bottle of 6 different wines (6 total) every 3 months.

Full-case quantity: Members will receive 2 bottles of 6 different wines (12 total) every 3 months.

How do I update the quantity or type of wine in my wine club membership?

Please follow the instructions below or contact support@raevino.com for assistance.

1) Click here to log into your account (also accessible under our homepage menu or on our wine club page).

2) After logging in, navigate to the 'Memberships Details' section on the bottom left side of the page, click on the 'My Wine Club Memberships' button.

3) Click the 'Add or Edit Wine Options' button on the bottom left side of the page to update the quantity or type of wine.

How do I update my credit card information for my wine club membership?

Please follow the instructions below or contact support@raevino.com for assistance.

1) Click here to log into your account (also accessible under our homepage menu or on our wine club page).

2) After logging in, navigate to the 'Memberships Details' section on the bottom left side of the page, click on the 'My Wine Club Memberships' button.

3) Click the pencil icon to the right of the 'Billing and Payments' section on the bottom right side of the page to change your membership billing address or credit card information.

When will I know the exact wines included in my upcoming wine club shipment?

If you are in our 'Fearless Females' club, you'll receive an email confirming the details of your quarterly shipment upon processing.

If you are in our 'Adventures in Nattyland' club, you'll have already selected your wines prior to your quarterly shipment processing.

Can I repurchase a wine from my wine club shipment?

Yes, provided inventory remains.  Please browse our Shop page, and note that Wine Club members receive a 10% discount on all purchases.

Can I pause or cancel my wine club membership?

Yes. Currently, you must email support@raevino.com for assistance, though we hope to allow members to place/remove a hold or cancel a wine club membership themselves in the near future. 

Orders

Can I pick up my wine in person?

Yes, we're located in the Greenlake neighborhood at 321 NE 72nd Street in Seattle, WA.  Masks must be worn for in-store access, please call (206) 913-2122 for curbside pickup.

How do I cancel a wine or merchandise order?

At this time, there is no means for you to manually cancel your wine or merchandise order, so please email support@raevino.com as soon as possible to initiate processing of your cancellation and refund prior to shipment by our warehouse.

How do I return my order?

Please email support@raevino.com for instruction on how to ship wine back to us.  Upon receipt, we will refund your order and contact you regarding potential replacement at your discretion.

Note that a single returned and refunded shipment does not cancel your wine club membership entirely, and you will receive your next shipment as scheduled.

Payment

How is sales tax calculated?

Sales tax rates are based on your shipping address.

When do you charge my credit card?

For wine and accessory purchases, your credit card is charged immediately upon completion of the transaction.

For wine club orders, your credit card is charged when we process quarterly shipments during the first week of January, April, July, & October.

We currently deliver to California and Washington but hope to expand to additional states in the near future.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a $20 flat rate for all deliveries, regardless of the destination address or quantity.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Can I ship my wine to a business address?

Yes, we encourage shipping to business addresses to ensure receipt by an adult 21 years of age or older.

When do you ship my wine?

We strive to ship packages within 24 hours of processing wine club memberships (usually on the first day of the month).

Can you delay shipment of my wine?

Yes. Be it for weather concerns or a potential conflict with receipt of your scheduled delivery, we're happy to hold your wine. Please email support@raevino.com to communicate your preferences.

When will I receive my wine?

Depending on your location, ground shipping from our warehouse ranges from 3-10 business days.

How can I track my wine shipment?

Upon processing by our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your monthly wine club shipment.

Can I reroute my wine after it’s been shipped?

Yes, though FedEx will allow you to do so only once. Options for administering the changes are as follows:

1) Reroute your package to a nearby FedEx or retail location where they’ll hold your package for five days at no additional cost in anticipation of your in-person pickup. Instructions – https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/hold-at-location.html

2) Contact us to request an address change on your behalf. You’ll incur a $16 FedEx fee plus any applicable difference in the cost of shipping to the new destination, which will be charged to your credit card on file.

Do I have to be home to accept a delivery of my wine?

Packages containing wine must be verified as received by an adult 21 years of age or older, be it you or someone on your behalf.  Note that FedEx will attempt delivery three times in total but if you anticipate a conflict of schedule, please reference the rerouting options described in the previous FAQ.
