How did you choose your charity?
Environmental responsibility is such an important part of our mission to support the natural wine community, so we felt it appropriate to partner with '1% for the Planet' in solidarity with their alliance of businesses that are financially committed to creating a healthy planet.
How do you define 'Natural Wine'?
Currently an unregulated term, we welcome further conversation regarding natural wine criteria not addressed below and may consider exceptions or even revision to our definition upon review of new information.
Agriculture
• Preferably polyculture (monoculture permitted)
• Organic, biodynamic, or regenerative farming
• Preferably no irrigation (conservative usage permitted)
• Hand harvested
Production
• Neutral fermentation/storage vessels (new oak permitted if imperceptible)
• Fermentation via indigenous/native yeast
• Preferably no temperature control (cooling permitted)
• Preferably no additions (S02 permitted at/under 75 ppm)
• Preferably no subtractions (filtration permitted up to 3 microns)
Pertaining to Sparkling wines:
• No forced carbonation
• No commercial yeast/nutrients/sugar for tirage in second fermentation of traditional method production (grape must/pied de cuve permitted)
• No sugar in post-disgorgement dosage/liqueur d’expedition (grape must permitted)

What are the benefits of joining your wine club?
Members will enjoy the following:
• Time savings through our curated, recurring quarterly selections.
• Exposure to new producers, varietals, and regions.
• Priority access to new wine releases.
• 10-15% discount on all purchases
• 1% sales donation to charity
How often will I receive my wine club shipment?
Members will receive their chosen quantity of wine every three months.
What type of wine is included in my wine club membership?
'Adventures in Nattyland' wine club members will enjoy customizable, quarterly selections that may include white, orange, rosé, red, and/or sparkling wines sourced from any and all producers, regions, grape varietals, or vintages. Additional wines beyond our initial selections may also be added by members during the week prior to processing.
'Fearless Females' wine club members will enjoy the same structure, with producer selections comprised entirely of female winemakers.
How many different bottles of wine are included in my wine club shipment?
• Qtr-case quantity: Members will receive 1 bottle of 3 different wines (3 total) every 3 months.
• Half-case quantity: Members will receive 1 bottle of 6 different wines (6 total) every 3 months.
• Full-case quantity: Members will receive 2 bottles of 6 different wines (12 total) every 3 months.
How do I update the quantity or type of wine in my wine club membership?
Please follow the instructions below or contact support@raevino.com for assistance.
1) Click here to log into your account (also accessible under our homepage menu or on our wine club page).
2) After logging in, navigate to the 'Memberships Details' section on the bottom left side of the page, click on the 'My Wine Club Memberships' button.
3) Click the 'Add or Edit Wine Options' button on the bottom left side of the page to update the quantity or type of wine.
How do I update my credit card information for my wine club membership?
Please follow the instructions below or contact support@raevino.com for assistance.
1) Click here to log into your account (also accessible under our homepage menu or on our wine club page).
2) After logging in, navigate to the 'Memberships Details' section on the bottom left side of the page, click on the 'My Wine Club Memberships' button.
3) Click the pencil icon to the right of the 'Billing and Payments' section on the bottom right side of the page to change your membership billing address or credit card information.
When will I know the exact wines included in my upcoming wine club shipment?
Members will receive an email one week prior to processing that includes details of our quarterly selections.
Can I repurchase a wine from my wine club shipment?
Yes, provided inventory remains.
Please browse our Shop page, and note that wine club members receive a 10-15% discount (depending on club level) on all purchases.
Can I pause or cancel my wine club membership?
Yes. Currently, you must email support@raevino.com for assistance, though we hope to allow members to place/remove a hold or cancel a wine club membership themselves in the near future.

• Availability: Tue-Sun during store hours, date/time chosen in cart prior to checkout.

• Instruction: Call (206) 913-2122 upon arrival and our staff will bring order items to your vehicle location.
How do I cancel an order?
At this time, there is no means for you to manually cancel your order, so please email support@raevino.com as soon as possible to initiate processing of your cancellation and refund prior to fulfillment.
How do I return my order?
Please email support@raevino.com to coordinate the return, upon eventual receipt of the item(s) we'll process your refund.
Payment
How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax rates are based on your shipping address.
When do you charge my credit card?
For wine and accessory purchases, your credit card is charged immediately upon completion of the transaction.
For wine club orders, your credit card is charged when we process quarterly shipments during the first week of January, April, July, & October.

Which states do you ship to?
We currently offer ground shipping within Washington state.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a $20 flat rate for all ground shipment, regardless of the destination address or quantity.
Do you offer expedited shipping?

Can I ship my order to a business address?
Yes, we encourage shipping to business addresses to ensure wine receipt by an adult 21 years of age or older.
When will you ship my order?
We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of order processing.
Can you delay shipment of my order?
Yes. Be it for weather concerns or a potential conflict with receipt of your scheduled delivery, we're happy to hold your order. Please email support@raevino.com to communicate your preferences.
When will I receive my shipment?
Local delivery orders enjoy same-day fulfillment in accordance with the date and time-slot selected in cart prior to checkout.
Orders outside of our designated local-delivery zip codes will arrive via ground shipping in 3-10 days business days (depending on location).
How can I track my shipment?
After your initial order confirmation email, you will receive an eventual followup email with a tracking number for your shipment.
Do I have to be home to accept a delivery of my shipment?
Packages containing wine must be verified as received by an adult 21 years of age or older, be it you or someone on your behalf. Note that UPS will attempt delivery three times in total, but if you anticipate a conflict of schedule, please email support@raevino.com for assistance.
